Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
We offer individual and family therapy services. We also offer personal coaching and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
What do you specialize in?
No case is too difficult for us. We have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Chronic Pain & Chronic Illiness, to name a few.
What insurance do you take?
We accept Illinois BCBS, UHC and Aetna. We also accept private pay and sliding scale. Sliding scale is based on income. We are currently working on paneling with BCBS in Colorado. In the meantime we are accepting private pay for those who reside in Colorado. The private pay rate is $175/session. Please keep in mind some therapists in the practice may not be in network with certain insurers. We will make you aware of which therapist are in network during your consultation call.
What are your billing practices?
We believe in transparency with costs and we don't surprise you with large bills. We submit insurance claims on your behalf within 24 hours of your session and we collect your copay at the time of service. We don't believe in monthly billing as it is easy to lose track of copays and coinsurance owed. We don't want any client to receive a large bill they weren't expecting.
Where can I schedule my first appointment?
Click on the schedule first session link below. It will take you to our electronic medical record website where you can create an account and schedule your first session. Or, feel free to email or [email protected] or call 224-434-9176 to request a free consultation call.
What are your cancellation/no show policies?
We absolutely understand that life happens. We do require 48 hours cancellation notice with certain exceptions (illness, emergency) or there will be a full session fee charge. Talk to your therapist if your time slot isn't working for you; we will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability!
