We offer insurance paneling/credentialing services for clinicians who are just starting out in their private practice or are looking to move away from Headway, Alma, Talkspace and other venture capital companies. We have over 10 years experience in the insurance and mental health fields and know what insurance companies need when it comes to this process. We offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to discuss any questions you have. 

We offer two services:

A La Carte Consultation: One hour meetings at $100 per hour. We will answer any questions you have about your paneling process, assist you with navigating the different websites and documentation requirements. 

OR

Complete Credentialing: We meet with you to gather pertinent information regarding you and your business (NPIs, EINs, etc.) and complete your credentialing for up to TWO insurance companies. Should you want to add an additional insurer, you can do so for a fee per insurer.

Cost: $1000 (includes 2 insurance companies)
Each additional insurance company: $250
