Life Coaching

We are pleased to offer life coaching for those who are interested in it. Life coaching is different than counseling because it offers clients a space where they can create life goals and envision certain milestones to meet. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotions whereas life coaching focuses on creating goals and achieving goals. Coaches ask questions, provide reflective listening, and assist in goal creation. While a therapist may also do these things, the nature of life coaching is centered around life goals. Coaches do not process emotions or teach therapeutic skills. If you feel you need to process emotions, learn specific skills regarding mental health or have a history of mental health diagnoses, therapy is probably the best option for you.
